Mission and Values

The mission of Carolus Magnus College is to expose students to cutting-edge fields in technology, healthcare, AI, and entrepreneurship, equipping them to create new knowledge and businesses that benefit humanity. Inspired by Charlemagne’s legacy of education and literacy, the college strives to deliver high-quality, accessible education for underserved communities. By focusing on innovation and collaboration, the college prepares students to solve real-world problems and advance human progress. It aims to minimize the cost of education, prevent graduate debt, and offer opportunities that rival those of prestigious institutions, all while prioritizing the needs of humanity over profit or recognition.

Our Faculty

Carolus Magnus College is currently a fully online institution dedicated to providing world-class education that reaches every corner of the globe. Our digital campus leverages cutting-edge technology to deliver immersive and interactive learning experiences, bringing top thinkers, educators, and industry experts directly to our students, wherever they are.

While we’re proudly virtual today, we’re thrilled to share our plans to open a physical campus in Phoenix's Maryvale neighborhood by the second quarter of 2028. Our Phoenix campus will be designed with sustainability, innovation, and community impact in mind, serving as a collaborative hub for students, faculty, and leaders in technology and healthcare. This campus will feature unique spaces that foster hands-on learning, collaborative projects, and community engagement, all aligned with the mission of Carolus Magnus College: to nurture the best and brightest minds in pursuit of knowledge that benefits humanity.

Until then, Carolus Magnus College remains committed to delivering a transformative, accessible, and affordable education online. We look forward to welcoming you, wherever you are today—and at our Phoenix campus in the future.

Research and Innovation

At Carolus Magnus College, we believe that innovation is the cornerstone of impactful education. While we are a new institution, our commitment to fostering groundbreaking research and technological advancement is clear. Our focus is to start small but with a forward-thinking vision that aligns with the needs of a rapidly evolving world.

In the coming years, as funding allows, Carolus Magnus College plans to establish research initiatives in transformative fields like Large Language Models, Neural Networks, and Semiconductor Technology. By 2029, we aim to open a dedicated research campus to support these cutting-edge disciplines, paving the way for Carolus Magnus College to make meaningful contributions to these fields.

In this early stage, our priority is to build a foundation for innovation by developing programs that equip students with the skills and mindset to drive change. Our students and faculty are encouraged to embrace a mindset of curiosity, exploration, and ingenuity. As we grow, Carolus Magnus College will focus on creating collaborative partnerships, securing funding, and developing the resources needed to become a leader in applied research and technological innovation.

At Carolus Magnus College, research and innovation aren’t just aspirations—they’re part of our mission to create knowledge that serves humanity and builds a brighter, more interconnected future.

Institutional History

Carolus Magnus College was officially established in 2024 upon receiving licensure through the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education. The institution was founded by Dr. Charlemagne Glover with a clear and disciplined mission: to build a legacy-driven college that prioritizes long-term impact over short-term profit.

From its inception, Carolus Magnus College was structured as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. The institution was intentionally designed to operate with financial stewardship, transparency, and public benefit at its core. Its nonprofit model reflects a commitment to addressing rising tuition costs, inflationary pressures, and the growing financial burden placed on students nationwide. Rather than maximizing revenue, the College focuses on sustainable program growth, responsible expansion, and measurable workforce outcomes.

Founding Vision

Dr. Glover established Carolus Magnus College on the principle of legacy over profit. The founding philosophy centers on three pillars:

  1. Academic rigor aligned with workforce demand

  2. Ethical stewardship of educational resources

  3. Accessibility through scalable online delivery

The College was built to serve both traditional and nontraditional learners, with a particular emphasis on working professionals seeking upward mobility in healthcare and STEM-related fields.

Delivery Model

Carolus Magnus College was designed primarily as a distance education institution. The College utilizes structured online delivery to increase access while maintaining academic quality. Programs are delivered through virtual platforms that allow students to engage in didactic coursework remotely.

Programs that require hands-on competency—such as laboratory instruction or clinical externships—are supported through approved clinical partnerships and supervised experiential education sites. This hybrid model allows the institution to maintain compliance with professional standards while preserving accessibility and cost control.

Program Rollout Strategy

The College has adopted a deliberate and disciplined growth strategy. Rather than launching multiple programs simultaneously, Carolus Magnus College is implementing a phased rollout model. Each program is introduced only after infrastructure, faculty qualifications, curriculum design, compliance documentation, and student support systems are fully established.

The first academic program to be launched is the Nuclear Medicine Technology program. This program was selected based on:

  • Documented workforce shortages

  • Strong regulatory structure

  • Clear clinical competency standards

  • Established national credentialing pathways

By beginning with a single, high-need healthcare program, the College ensures operational stability and academic quality before expanding into additional disciplines.

Future Development

As workforce data and market demand justify expansion, Carolus Magnus College will introduce additional programs aligned with healthcare, science, technology, and applied professional education. All expansion decisions will be data-driven and mission-aligned.

The institution remains committed to:

  • Maintaining nonprofit status

  • Controlling student debt exposure

  • Scaling responsibly

  • Upholding academic integrity

  • Meeting accreditation standards

Carolus Magnus College was created to be durable, principled, and outcome-oriented. Its foundation is not built on rapid growth but on structured development, compliance integrity, and long-term contribution to workforce advancement.

The institution’s history reflects intentional design, regulatory compliance, and a commitment to educational access in an era of rising costs and institutional instability.
